Old Port rum is produced from 100% molasses sourced from native Indian sugar cane. It is aged in a combination of ex whisky barrels and new oak. It is currently the 7th largest selling rum in the world. A fun, flavourful and exotic dark rum that will make brilliant cocktails and tiki drinks.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Sweet aromas and flavors of pistachio brittle and spumoni ice cream.
PALATE: Silky dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body.
FINISH: Long, crystallized ginger, nutmeg and bubblegum spice accented finish.
