Made in the traditional way, this artisan mix of extracts of herbs, plants, spices and citrus barks, in which wormwood features as the base, along with a selection of different botanicals, such as quinine, clove, licorice, cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel and bitter chamomile, age with the white wine base in
225-litre oak barrels. In this process all the aromas are concentrated. It obtains its final consistency in the bottle where the ensemble of nuances meld together, acquiring perfect coherence.
Tasting Notes:
Dark mahogany in color, delicate in the nose, notable aromas of candied fruit opening up and giving way to aromas of mountain herbs, sweet spices, nuts, toasted notes and fine citruses.
