About the Wine:
This excellent white wine is made from Garnacha Blanca grapes, selected at the vineyards.
Once grapes are harvested and taken to the winery, they are crushed and pressed.
With the first must obtained, it’s taken to stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 10ºC for some hours and, afterwards, an alcoholic fermentation takes place between 15ºC and 17ºC, obtaining its fruity aromas, characteristics from the grapes.
