About the Wine:
Traditionnal harvest by hand. The harvest is destemmed and fermentation takes place in vats. The fermentation is conducted at 24°C which allows a slower fermentation which guarantees the freshness and the aromas. Our small-capacity vats ensure perfectly uniform fermentation. Extraction is conducted to obtain silky tanins. The wine is raised in stainless steel tanks.
All the qualities of this grape can be found in this wine: ripeness, fruit and freshness, silky tannins with a nice and rich rolling in the mouth.
