About the Wine:
Centesimino (ancient autochthonous Romagna vine, grown exclusively in the area of Oriolo dei Fichi, Faenza hills. The association “Associazione per La Torre di Oriolo” enhances the improvement of this vine). Vinification: on the vinasse for about 15 days, with frequent refitting. It then refines in steel and it sold fresh.
Red with violet shade, floral bouquet reminiscent of roses. Dry, persistent, intense, strongly tannic, ripe underwood fruits.
