About the Vineyard:
Ca’ Momi [kah-moh-mee] may be built on Napa Valley soil, but it’s rooted in soulful Italian tradition. Founders Valentina Guolo, Dario De Conti & Stefano Migotto started the winery together in 2006 to bring that passion & tradition to the Napa Valley.
The name Ca’ Momi (translated as “house of Momi”) honors our beginnings.
Our property in Veneto, Italy once belonged to Momi dea Bionda, a farmer who was known for an ardent passion for his home, his grapes & his wines.
Embracing the culture of community & sharing, Ca’ Momi has created 12 (& counting) big-hearted, full bodied Napa Valley & California wines with a total lack of pretension. From the award-winning Rosso di Ca‘ Momi to the delightful Heartcrafted sparkling wines, Ca’ Momi strives to bring joy to your table.
Blend:
Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot & Petite Sirah
Tasting Notes:
Boasts structured flavors of boysenberry, plum and dark cherry that shine on the palate with hints of toasted nuts and brown spice. Six months of aging in French and American oak produces a wine with intricate layers of complexity and supple tannins creating well integrated flavors and an elegant finish.
