A blanco Tequila from Reserva del Señor, a range of agave-based spirits that dates all the way back to the 1940s. Interestingly, despite being a blanco expression, it was allowed to rest for 2 months in oak before bottling, helping to mellow and develop the spirit’s flavour profile.
Tasting Notes:
Toasted sweets. A very round entrance leads to a dry and smooth palate. Light and medium body with flavors suggesting talco, cream, toasted chiles and species. It finishes with a wave of heat and notes of salty and roasted asparagus.
